Naturebox Subscription Review

Just last week, I got my 2nd and 3rd naturebox subscription. I’m not sure what happened but I had 2 boxes sent to me. Normally, Naturebox will send you a box of 5 bags that are full of different snacks that you have placed into your online “pantry” for just $19.95/month + free shipping. They have snacks for any type of person out there. There are vegan, soy-free, milk-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, as well as nut free.

Since I’ve got a total of 3 boxes, I’m thinking this will be my last one as I wasn’t in love with it and the price is kind of high. Since I am saving up for my wedding, I am cutting back on a lot of things and sadly, this will be one of them. This month, there were quite a few items that I wanted a lot more of so since there were so many,  let’s start with those items.

Whole Wheat Raspberry Figgy Bars

FiggyBars

These were surprisingly delicious! I wasn’t expecting them to be so flavorful, but they were perfect! I love fig bars, but these have raspberry and are healthier which is a huge plus! I will be getting more of these for sure!

Honey Dijon Pretzels

HoneyDijorPretzelsLet me just say, I LOVE honey dijon pretzels. I’ve had other brands before but these were just as good as the name brand ones. I can’t eat a whole bunch at a time, but they sure do hit the spot!

Fuji Apples

AppleChips

A friend of mine recommended these when I was polling people on what to get in my next box and I was not disappointed! I’m not sure if you can screw up dried fruit (maybe you can), but these were perfectly chewy yet crisp. I basically sat down and ate the whole bag in one sitting. Good thing it’s a fruit. 😉

Dried California Peaches

PeachChips

Same as the Fuji Apple, these were delicious and chewy. I love dried fruit and peach and apples are my two favorites. This is one reason why I like NatureBox because they have SO many options to choose from.

Cinnamon Spiced Almonds

CinnamonAlmonds

So I am also a huge nut fan! Pistachios are my favorite, then almonds are my next favorite and when they are coated with cinnamon and sugar, can you say, YES PLEASE! 🙂 These were very addicting for sure and I love that these almonds had a fun twist to them.

The next 5 products I didn’t really care for, but I knew some people who would so I gifted the bag to them. Here are those 5 products.

Mango Orange Fruit Chews

ChewyBitesThese weren’t terrible but the texture was pretty weird. I decided to keep these as I could slowly snack on them but I probably won’t be ordering these again.

Honey Crunch Crisps

HoneyCrunchChips

These were also okay and decided to keep them but will not be repurchasing. The aftertaste is weird but if you get over that, they aren’t too bad.

Flax Fortune Coins

FlaxFortuneCoinsA friend recommended these and I thought I would like them, but they just didn’t do it for me. I ended up giving them to my cousin and she LOVED them! 🙂 I’m so glad that I could give her a healthy treat and also promote NatureBox.

Cinnamon Swirl Kettle Kernels

CinnamonCornSo I’m not a huge dried corn fan, so I’m not sure why I got these. I think it was because it had cinnamon and sugar on them but that combo just was too weird for me. I left them at my parent’s house and I’m not sure if anyone claimed them, but I’m sure someone will like them. 🙂

Dark Cocoa Nom Noms

ChocolteBalls

So these I thought I was going to love since I love any kind of chocolate, but as soon as I took a bite, I thought I was going to get sick. I’m not entirely sure what all was in these, but I couldn’t stand them at all which was so sad as I love chocolate so much! I know there are some people out there that like these and I can see why as the texture is great but they just weren’t for me.

Over all, out of the two boxes I got, I ended up liking 1 box’s worth which is pretty disappointing yet not. I LOVED 5 of the products that I got and want to repurchase immediately, the other 5 not so much. This will be my last subscription for this for now, but am hoping to bring it back after the wedding. 🙂

This is not a sponsored post. I purchased this subscription myself. All opinions and photos are my own.
