So this month I wasn’t too excited to receive either my Birchbox or my Ipsy Bag. The only thing I was looking forward to in this month’s box was the Mally lipgloss and that is because I had the opportunity to choose it and the color. I ended up really liking most of the products which was a huge plus. I guess you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. 😉 If you want to sign up for a Birchbox subscription, Click Here.
This month’s box has everything to do with being a couch potato… kind of. They are embracing being able to stay in, watch all the new fall TV premiers, find a new flick or read a good new book. S with that in mind, every box came with a card that you are suppose to fill in your favorite TV show that you are binge-watching right now. Along with that card, every box also comes with the explanation card that talks about all the items included and some tips on how to use them.
Now that the explaining is over with, let’s get into the good stuff. 😉
So I totally forgot to write this post up! I received my Ipsy bag 2 days after I got my September Birchbox. This month as been so crazy that I have been a complete scatter brain. I was pretty excited about getting this bag and the items in it. If you want to sign up for an Ipsy subscription, Click Here.
Since everyone get a different variation of products, what I got in this bag may be different from what you or anyone else received.
A few weeks ago was my first time ever getting to shop at The Body Shop and Lush. The closest store to me is 2+ hours away. It was nice to actually get to go to the store instead of shopping online. There is nothing more fun than getting to walk around a store and touch and smell things. I first went into The Body Shop and I kind of knew what I wanted but I wanted to walk around and look at everything.
You know you are obsessed with Birchbox when you buy some of their branded apparel. Yep, I bought a pair of their Diamond Yoga Pants. They are super comfy! and I really like that the logo or band isn’t plastered all over it like some brands do. They have a cute Birchbox square on the back of the left leg. 🙂 I also bought a Spornette Air Motion Brush by Grange Snell to see if it’ll work with my tangled up hair. I seems to really work and get all the hairs that are waiting to shed out of there. I haven’t used it with wet hair yet, but I really like it with my dry hair.
Since those two items were over $50, I was able to get the special edition Birchbox Birthday Box. Yes, September is my birthday month but it’s also the birthday month of Birchbox. They are 4 years old this month! It was a box with 4 secrete products and this is what I got in it.
It’s that time of the month again where the monthly subscriptions start to roll in. The first one that I received this month was Birchbox. I ended up getting the Birchbox plus option to get the Ruffian Nail Polishes and Remover wipes. I was very excited about both of these. If you want to sign up for a Birchbox subscription, Click Here.
Birchbox – “Fashionista”
This month I got the Fashionista box. September meals the end of summer and for some, it means going back to school but it’s also Fashion Month. Every box also comes with a card explaining the items included and some tips on how to use them. Let’s get into the good stuff.
